These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Ask An Older Man (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Questions? Email paul@askanolderman.com.

1. Using this website

You’re welcome to read, watch and share links to our content. Please don’t copy, republish or sell our content, or use the site in a way that damages it or other people’s use of it.

2. Buying from us

• Prices are shown in US dollars and are taken in full at checkout. Your bank may add its own currency fees.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
• Your order confirmation email is your receipt.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

3. Digital products

• Digital Creator Toolkit and the Relationship Quiz Series: for your own personal use only. You may not share, resell or give them away.
• Digital Empire Vault and Ultimate Vertical Video Bundle: include resell rights, as set out in the licence terms for those products.
• Downloads are available straight after payment, from your order email and from My Account.

4. Sessions and mentorship

Book a Session is a private online chat with Paul, booked through his calendar after payment. Private Mentorship is by application and has its own Mentorship Terms.

5. The Community and The Table

The Ask An Older Man Community and The Table are hosted on Skool. Skool’s own terms also apply, and paid membership is billed by Skool.

6. Not professional advice

Paul shares honest guidance based on his own experience. Nothing on this site, in our products or in our sessions is therapy, counselling, medical, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and their results. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

7. Links and affiliate disclosure

Some links go to other websites, such as Amazon, Skool and YouTube. We’re not responsible for their content. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you.

8. Our content

All content on this site, including text, videos, quizzes, toolkits and the Ask An Older Man name and logo, belongs to us unless stated otherwise.

9. Limits of our responsibility

We work hard to keep the site and our products accurate and working, but we can’t promise they will always be error-free or available. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you place an order applies to that order.
