Refund Policy
Clear and simple, so there are no surprises.

Most of what we sell is digital, so here’s exactly how refunds work. If anything isn’t clear, email paul@askanolderman.com before you buy.
1. Digital products
This covers the Digital Empire Vault, the Ultimate Vertical Video Bundle, the Digital Creator Toolkit and the Relationship Quiz Series.
There are no refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. Once you have the files, we can’t take them back, so we can’t offer a refund. At checkout you’ll be asked to confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand this.
If a file is faulty or won’t open, tell us and we’ll fix it or send you a working copy.
2. Book a Session
Sessions are not refundable, but you can reschedule.
- More than 24 hours before your session: reschedule free of charge, using the link in your booking confirmation email.
- Less than 24 hours before: email Paul and he’ll do what he can, but rescheduling isn’t guaranteed.
- A missed session counts as used.
- If Paul has to move your session, we’ll offer you another time.
3. Private Mentorship
All mentorship payments are non-refundable. The full details are in the Mentorship Terms.
4. The Table
The Table is billed in advance through Skool. You can cancel at any time from your Skool account, and your membership stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If a payment fails, your access to The Table stops. Payments already made are not refunded.
5. Books
The Modern Man’s Blueprint and The Modern Woman’s Blueprint are sold by Amazon, so Amazon’s own returns policy applies.
6. Before you dispute a payment
If something has gone wrong, please email us first. Most problems are sorted out quickly, and it’s much faster for you than a dispute with your bank.
