1. What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email address, billing country and order details. Card payments are handled by our payment providers. We never see your full card number.
• When you create an account: your login details and order history.
• When you book a session: the details you give when booking.
• When you apply for mentorship: your answers to the application questions and your WhatsApp number.
• When you join our email list: your name and email address.
• When you take a quiz: your answers, so we can send you your results.
• When you browse: basic information about your visit, such as pages viewed, device and approximate location, through cookies (see below).

2. Why we use it

• To process your order and give you access to what you bought.
• To run your sessions or mentorship and stay in touch about them.
• To send you emails you’ve signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To keep records we’re required to keep, such as for tax and accounting.

We don’t sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

We use trusted third-party services to run the business, such as website hosting, payment processing, email, booking and video calls, our online community, and analytics and advertising. We share only the information each one needs to do its job, and we don’t sell your information to anyone. Some of these services are based outside your country, including in the United States.

4. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to keep your cart and login working, to measure how the site is used, and to show relevant adverts on other platforms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, such as the cart and checkout, need cookies to work.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need to for tax and legal reasons. We keep other information only for as long as it’s useful for the purpose it was collected for, or until you ask us to delete it.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing paul@askanolderman.com.

7. Children

This site and our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
