Mentorship Terms

These terms explain how Private Mentorship with Paul at Ask An Older Man (“we”, “us”) works. Questions? Email [email protected].
1. Applying
Mentorship is by application only and is limited to 15 places per intake. Paul reviews every application personally. Applying does not guarantee a place, and we may decline an application without giving a reason.
2. What’s included
- Six private 1-hour chats over three months, held online by video and booked through Paul’s calendar.
- A written plan of action, sent after your first chat.
- WhatsApp access for quick questions between chats. Paul replies within one working day.
- Free access to the Ask An Older Man Community on Skool, if you’d like it.
3. Price and payment
- Monthly: $500 a month for three months, billed in advance. By applying and paying, you commit to all three payments.
- Upfront: $1,500 paid in one payment.
Payments are taken securely by card through Stripe. If a monthly payment fails, your mentorship is paused until it is paid.
4. Booking your chats
- If you pay monthly, you can book up to two chats in each month of your mentorship.
- If you pay upfront, you can book your six chats whenever suits you within the three months.
- To reschedule, give at least 24 hours’ notice. A chat missed without 24 hours’ notice counts as used.
- Unused chats expire. They cannot be carried over, refunded or exchanged.
5. WhatsApp
WhatsApp is for quick questions between chats. It is not a substitute for your chats, and it is not an emergency service. Replies come within one working day.
6. When your mentorship ends
Your mentorship ends three months after it starts, and your WhatsApp access ends at the same time. You are welcome to join The Table, our paid membership, or to apply again for a future intake.
The Table is separate from mentorship and is not included in it. If you are already a member of The Table, you can keep or cancel your membership as you choose. It is not paused or refunded during your mentorship.
7. Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. Your mentorship begins as soon as your payment is made, and when you apply you confirm that you want it to start straight away.
8. Not professional advice
Paul shares honest guidance based on his own experience. Mentorship is not therapy, counselling, medical, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and their results. If you are in crisis or need professional help, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
9. Privacy
What you share in your chats and messages is treated in confidence. We use your details only to run your mentorship and to contact you about it.
10. Changes
If Paul needs to move a chat, he’ll give you as much notice as possible and offer another time. We may update these terms for future intakes. The terms in place when you pay apply to your mentorship.
11. About us
Ask An Older Man is a trading name of PhotoMotion FZ LLC, which provides the mentorship and takes your payment.
