How do the chats happen?
Online, on a private video chat. Once you’re accepted and have paid, you book each chat through my calendar.
What if I need to reschedule?
Give me at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll find another time. A chat missed without notice counts as used.
What happens to chats I don’t use?
Unused chats don’t carry over. If you pay monthly, you can book up to two chats in each month. If you pay upfront, all six are yours to use within the three months.
What is WhatsApp for?
Quick questions between our chats, when something comes up and you need a steer. I reply within one working day. It isn’t a replacement for our chats.
Can I get a refund?
No. All payments are non-refundable, and your mentorship starts as soon as you pay. That’s why I ask you to apply first, so we both know it’s the right fit.
What happens after three months?
Your mentorship and WhatsApp access end. If you’d like to keep going, you can take a seat at The Table for $19 a month, or apply again for a future intake.
I’m already a member of The Table. What happens?
The Table is separate from mentorship. You can keep your membership or cancel it, whichever you prefer. It isn’t paused or refunded while you’re a mentee.
